ARCHITECT d52a7f77c8 Fix getCategory to use current base instead of ref prefix

Tags are categorized by the base they belong to, not by their
ref prefix. A tag in the hst table is always a hashtag, regardless
of whether its ref starts with "flg", "ply", etc.

Frontend para el servidor HST (tzrtech.org) - Visor del modelo de tags semánticos.

Descripción

HST es el modelo/plantilla de tags semánticos del sistema TZZR. Este frontend permite visualizar y explorar las etiquetas del modelo.

HST - Tags semánticos principales
FLG - Flags/características
ITM - Items
LOC - Locations
PLY - Players

Despliegue

El archivo index.html es autocontenido (HTML + CSS + JS).
