ARCHITECT 7565d6caef Fix: remove custom fonts, add launcher icons

- Remove JetBrainsMono font assets (using google_fonts instead)
- Add adaptive icon and PNG fallbacks for launcher
- Build successful: app-release.apk (23.7MB)
