Initial commit: architect-frontend infrastructure viewer

- Vite + TypeScript + D3.js setup
- Infrastructure graph view (servers, services, connections)
- Tables graph view with categories (core, directus, storage, etc.)
- PostgREST API integration
- Deploy script for Caddy static serving
